ELGT (Energy Leap Global Trainee) Program

Launched by JinKO ESS in 2025, the Energy Leap Global Trainee (ELGT) Program is a global talent development initiative designed to cultivate future professionals across R&D, supply chain, project delivery, and global sales.

Over the program of 24 months, participants develop through cross-functional rotations, dual mentorship, blended learning, and cross-functional collaboration. The program equips them with a deep understanding of JinKO’s culture, strong professional capabilities, and a global mindset to support long-term career growth.

ELOT (Energy Leap Operation Trainee) Program

To support JinKO global growth strategy and meet the evolving demands of the energy storage industry, the Energy Leap Operation Trainee (ELGT) Program was established to identify and develop future talent. Through a structured development framework, the program prepares high-potential graduates with the capabilities and global perspective to contribute to JinKO’s long-term success.
